Does your Electric bicycle work without batteries?

You can also ride Gear Head Motors Electric bicycle even without using batteries just like any other normal bicycle.

Is there any warranty on the battery?

We are providing 2.5 years warranty on the battery.

Can we get a Carrier for the cycle?

You can get a basket in front and a carrier at the back as an add-on accessory.

Can we ride a GHM Electric Cycle in the rain?

Yes, all our batteries come in aluminium casing and are water resistant.

Are the batteries capable of bearing the highest temperatures in Summer?

Yes, all our batteries are encapsulated in aluminium casing instead of Plastic or Fibre casing which can maintain the battery temperature at optimum levels.

Is there any warranty on the Charger?

Yes, We have a 12 months warranty on the charger.

Do you accept exchange/return?

We have 2.5 years Warranty for Battery, 1 Year Warranty for Motor & Charger. Every GHM Electric Cycle is manufactured & Tested with high-quality standards.
